Printed(1) Turnaround Time:
- Standard production: 10-15 working days (2-3 weeks) from the date the order details (such as art, quantities and sizes) are confirmed.
- RUSH: as fast as 5 working days. Rush slots are limited and depend on current production capacity. Every rush order is reviewed and must be approved by UBX before we commit to a date. Rush adds 25%.
- Rush covers production time only and does not include shipping transit. Artwork is locked once a rush slot is booked — no revisions during rush production.
- Rush is not available on complex styles (button-ups, quarter-zips, zip-up hoodies, track jackets, bomber jackets).

- Just send us over the high res files (preferably vectorized) for the logo/design layout/colors/fonts and our team will put together an approval mockup to review.
